What do you do for work?:
Several things… I’ve been a high school science teacher for 17 years and a boys varsity soccer coach for 7; I’ve been a working cover band musician for 15 years (all along the Northeast and FL) and just released my first original track last year; and I own two businesses: A licensed entertainment booking agency & with concert production/promotion, and the other a forensic weather consulting business (writing forensic weather reports for lawsuits and insurance claims). Oh, and I have been an ocean lifeguard for 20+ years in the summers.
What kind of car do you drive?:
A 2022 Dodge Ram 1500
What do you like most about being tall?:
I like standing out in a crowd, and I like that I can see a concert stage pretty well no matter who’s in front of me
What do you hate most about being tall?:
Airplane seating, hands down #1.
How tall is your tallest friend?:
I have several that are 6’6” – 6’8”.
If you could change your height, would you? Why or why not?:
I would not. No taller and no shorter. I love it exactly where I am.
What is the most difficult piece of clothing to find for yourself?:
Usually, anything long sleeve. Even in ‘tall’ sizes, the sleeve doesn’t cover the length of my arms.
What is your favorite piece of clothing that you have?:
The Tall Slim Tee. I probably have about 25 of them in all colors, short/long sleeve, crew & V neck.
What is an interesting fact about yourself?:
I love to ski and snowboard. Don’t see too many 6’10” riders on the mountain, but it’s something I love to do in my spare time. I also was a former D1 basketball player.
Any advice for your fellow tall man?:
If you haven’t yet, EMBRACE it.
