Unworn and unwashed items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days.
For Domestic (US) orders: Exchanges and returns for store credit are always free. Store credit is issued in USD, sent via email as a code to use at checkout, and is final sale — it can't be converted back to your original payment method once issued.
For refunds to your original payment method: if you selected Free Returns + Package Protection at checkout, your return is free. If you did not select that option, you're responsible for the cost of the return label, which will be deducted from your refund.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed. They must be returned in their original packaging. Items that appear worn, or that have stains, smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, dog hair or odors, etc. will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once or the tags have been removed, it will not qualify for a return.

Refunds and exchanges will be processed upon delivery of return package (give or take 2 business days). Please note that we reserve the right to refuse or reverse refunds if products are not returned according to the return standards above.
