Meet Jack, an iconic athlete for Mizzou who absolutely ROCKS TallSlim Tees. You might know him from his witty reels and legendary swim posts on Instagram. Here's more about Jack!

1. Who do you swim for?
I swim professionally and represent Team Triumph, a swim club in Columbia, MO. I swam for the University of Missouri collegiately and before that represented Aquajets swim club in Eden Prairie, MN.
2. What is your greatest athletic achievement?
My greatest athletic achievement is being named the 2022 SEC Scholar-Athlete of the Year. This award means so much to me because it encapsulates the work I put into the classroom and the pool. 2022 was a really tough year being in upper level engineering courses and often having to practice alone due to class conflicts with practice.
The US National team will be announced on September 11th , and I will most likely be on it! They take top 6 in every event and I am currently sitting at 6th in the 200 fly with almost all of the meets being done already. (Don’t put anything out about that until after it’s announced officially though!)
3. Share a weird/funny fact about yourself!
I was born in Hong Kong, China!
4. Have you ever been given a "tall nickname" before?
When I played basketball, I was good at defense and one of my nicknames was “Long Arms” because of my steals and blocked shots!
5. What’s your favorite sport to play just for fun?
Ultimate frisbee or basketball. Regardless of the outcome of the game, I love to out-hustle whoever I’m playing!
6. What's your favorite thing about being tall?
Knowing that your friends can always find you in a crowd if they lose track of you.
7. What is your favorite thing to wear as a tall slim guy?
Without a doubt the TST joggers! I love how soft they are and that they don’t ride up my legs.
8. Share your best advice or encouragement to fellow athletes:
Being from a sport where hundredths of a second determine the outcome of a race, I would offer the advice of being happy with progress, no matter how small. Training is grueling, so you are doing a disservice to yourself if you don’t keep things in perspective at the end of the season.
