Cities are known for their towering skyscrapers. So, where are the tallest ones? Well, the fifth tallest calls South Korea its home. The Lotte World Tower is in Seoul, South Korea and measures in at 1,1819 feet or 554.5 meters. It has 123 floors and opened April 2, 2017. In addition to be the fifth tallest building in the world, Lotte World Tower is the tallest building in South Korea.
This tower has it all by the way. The first twelve floors are reserved for PODIUM. PODIUM has a health care center, a fitness center, an aesthetic clinic, a finance center, a PR hall, and a gallery. On the seventh floor is the Lotte Museum of Art. Floors 14 through 38 are for the Prime Office where companies can rent space. Prime Office seems to be focused on creative teams to optimize their team dynamics. Sky31 Convention takes the 31st floor. People live in Signiel Residences on floors 42 to 71. Signiel also has a luxury hotel for floors 76 through 101. Premier 7 is full of private business space and only has room for 7 people. Finally, Seoul Sky uses floors 117 to 123 and is a very tall observatory so you get an amazing view.
