Along with many other difficulties with being tall is the treaded deadlift. Deadlifts are one of the main core exercises that you can find in almost every workout program ever. The reason being is it requires a lot of strength from a lot of different muscles to get the weight up.
For all of those who do not know what a deadlift is: it when you take a barbell full of weights and you put it on the floor in front of you. You bend over, drop your booty to the floor, and try to stand up straight while bringing the weight with you. It requires a large load of force from your legs and back to lift something heavy from the floor like this. Which means it activates your central nervous system and promotes health and strength.
Being tall means that doing this motion demands a larger toll on the body. The taller you are the more you have to bend down to lift the bar. It also means you will have to move the weight further from the ground for you to stand straight up.
So yeah, deadlifting if harder for taller folk and easier for shorter folk.
