You’ve been shopping here for years.
Maybe you discovered TallSlim Tees long before shopping became a headache. Maybe you found us after years of crop tops, trash bag shirts, and boxy tees.
It’s routine. Every season or so, you hop on our site and restock your wardrobe. You know what to expect. You know which styles you can count on. It’s business as usual.
But this time it’s different.
This time, the logo looks… older. Like you blinked and your preteen son hit their growth spurt. Who gave it permission to change?
There’s a greyhound standing next to the logo, and all the colors look different. Straight out of a magazine, not the simple brand you’re used to. What happened? Are they even the same?
The perspective shifts, morphs through your computer screen, and focuses on another character. A tall man sitting at his desk, orchestrating the brand change from his desktop. A cold cup of coffee on his desk. That man is me.
Someone knocks on my study door. I tear my eyes from my screen and look up to see my wife holding a fresh cup of coffee, peering into the office.
“Have a second?”
“Sure,” I say, focusing back on my computer. She swaps my cold coffee with the hot and places her hand on my shoulder. “The rebrand stressing you out?”
I sigh. “I don’t want them to be confused by the change. How can I show them my reason for updating things? Change is tough, especially when you don’t see it coming.”
My wife pauses to think. “Why did you want to rebrand?”
“We don’t just sell tees anymore. I want our tall guys to know they have options to choose from - that’s such a rare feeling to have as a tall guy. I don’t want them to be limited to t-shirts. I want to offer tall shorts, tall pants, tall button-ups, tall hoodies… and we’re already doing that. I just want our brand to reflect that mission.”
She smiles at me. “Then tell them.”
“What do you mean?”
“Be honest,” she says. “You have some pretty cool guys who buy from TallSlim Tees. They’ll get it.”
I nod. She’s right. You’d get it.
“Thanks, hon.”
“Anytime,” she nods.
She leaves me in my office to stare at the computer screen where I have our fresh new site pulled up. I open an article and start drafting our story - the reason why we’re rebranding, the reason why I want to start giving tall guys more options. I pause at the title. What will it be?
My muse strikes. And I type:

Hey tall guys - thanks for sticking with us on this wild ride!
As you can see, we’re rebranding, and we couldn’t be more stoked about it. You’ll notice color changes, a different logo, and a little greyhound popping up from time to time…
We value transparency here at TallSlim, and we didn’t want there to be any surprises. So here are the answers to a few questions you might have as we transition from TallSlim Tees to TallSlim:
1. What’s Changing?
The biggest thing you’ll notice about TallSlim is cosmetic: colors, fonts, and a classy new logo. We’re stoked to have a more refined “vibe” when you visit our website!
Besides that, we’re still the same team, the same business, and the same fit. Which brings us to my second point…
2. Are Your Clothes the Same?
All our products are staying 100% the same - so you can expect that familiar fit and quality you’re used to. We are excited to expand our catalog and design new options for you, but our originals are sticking with us.
3. Why a Greyhound?
We chose a greyhound to represent TallSlim because we believe it perfectly captures our personality as a brand: tall, slim, cool, and friendly. The greyhound is the fastest dog in the world and has a distinct slim build that makes it unique. We cater to the tall and slim, so our greyhound just made sense.
4. Why Rebrand at All?
Back when we acquired TallSlim Tees in 2021, we only sold tops - t-shirts, jackets, and the occasional button-up. As our company grew, we wanted to offer better options for tall guys, which quickly branched out from t-shirts.
We know the tall struggle firsthand. Shopping for clothes as a tall, slim guy is a nightmare - but we believe it shouldn’t be.
You’re not used to having a lot of options, and we want to change that. As we expand our product line, we want our products to be your go-to for everything - pants, jackets, shirts, dress clothes, you name it. Not just t-shirts.
The change is subtle, but huge for us as a tall men’s clothing line. At TallSlim, you can expect quality tall clothing, not just tall tees.
