You Can Catch Armie Hammer on Broadway, Film, and TV

We have a third tallest actor coming in at 6 feet 5 inches. Armie Hammer. He is probably most well known for his portrayal of the Lone Ranger in the 2013 remake. While that movie may not have been the greatest, it hasn’t kept Hammer down. In 2018 he has been in the short Home Shopper, and will have been in three films: Sorry to Bother You, Hotel Mumbai, and as of November you’ll be able to see him in On the Basis of Sex. He’s also in The Translation of Wounds that’s due out next year and is expected to return for the sequel to Call Me by Your Name.

The actor is 32 years old and began acting in 2005 when he appeared as Student #2 in Arrested Development. From there he would also appear in Veronica Mars, Desperate Housewives, Gossip Girl, and Reaper with some films such as Flicka and Spring Breakdown mixed in there as well.

In addition to film and TV, Hammer has performed on Broadway with his debut being earlier this year in Straight White Men. If you’re interested in acting, Hammer revealed to Seth Meyers this year how he learns his lines. It’s long and tedious. Plus, you can learn why he moonwalks in Straight White Men.
