The soft cotton/polyester fleece is great for everyday wear, traveling, working out or just lounging around at home. The waistband is elastic with some good stretch and includes a convenient drawcord as well. For sizing, go by your preferred waist size range and please use the chart for reference. If you find yourself between sizes, sizing up will give you a little more length and more relaxed fit and you can always tie them at the waist if needed.

These are the best fitting sweats I own at 6'6 and 210lb, I ordered some Eddie bower stuff at the same time and I'm returning it. Looks like it's either baggy Walmart sweats or tall slim tees sweats. The mediums are tighter fitting sweats they re sort of a fitted look, so keep that in mind or order one size up (which I may try next time) So nice to have my ankles and my hips covered with the same comfy pair.
